Recovery is fun.
Identifying that I'm in a slump and putting a name on it helps me focus my efforts. When I don't admit that I'm in a phase like that, it becomes a lot easier to rationalize doing everything else.
I'm still not doing new cards in Anki again yet. But, I finished half of one of the new books that came in: 半田くん.
Beyond that, my Anki cards are being completed more promptly with the average time over the last days since that entry drifting towards noon as opposed to 4pm. Also, I'm back to getting through pretty much all of them seriously.
Not doing the new cards on purpose for a while instead of slacking is part of how I'm letting myself recover.
And it has helped.
I'm a lot more active in my work. And a lot less distracted by stupid games.
My brain feels tired at the end of the day again. But I'm not feeling burnt out.
That's all. It has only been a few days since the last entry, and I don't plan to make this another excuse to slack off.
