Apparently I'm not alone...

While checking out a few related topics I stumbled across this blog going more in depth on one of the reasons why it was unlikely that Android bought Motorola for the patents. Basically states that Motorola had patents and Apple and Microsoft successfully sued them anyway.

Wow Google has balls some days. I inferred the lie without even knowing the history. Yeah I think the other hardware vendors are not going to be so blind to the implications.

Same blog had this one basically stating that the patents won't protect them against Oracle either. In fact if you find this sort of thing interesting, there was a blog post on that same site that came in after that last one that was also interesting regarding the Oracle lawsuit.

Mobile sphere gets more interesting every day, especially with Google doing such a mass amount of suspicious activity.
