Pagination genius
Great little idea along the same lines I was thinking. Writing this post entirely so I don't lose this link. THIS is what I'm surprised Microsoft didn't incorporate as a "default" paginator for all things. It isn't elegant, as a solution it could have some small degree of flexibility and it does give you a simple pagination technique.
Perhaps I can create a sort of reporting library after all. Creating a standard report Frame as described here which takes a UserControl in the constructor which gets dumped into the content of the Frame. Add some code to calculate the number of pages and extract and display the individual pages and voila!
This will be an experiment after the initial project probably. As I said before, I don't think any of the daily reports will need pagination.Some of the monthly and annual reports definitely will which I was thinking of doing inside a separate executable for my parents to run at their leisure.
